Dear friends, I launched Shop Hope Global one year ago with the mission to provide dignified employment for Haitian artisans. Because of COVID-19, this mission has shifted. Our artisan partners are out of work. In Haiti there are no unemployment benefits or stimulus checks. In Haiti, no work means no food. Our mission today is to help them survive and provide food for their families. I wrote a blog this week about Wagler, one of our artisan partners in crisis.
