Board of Directors
Currently, the directors of Give Hope (Dr’s. Caldwell and Kovach, Angela Quinn and Roger Braswell) either provide or personally raise all funds required for the overhead of the entity so that all other gifts can be used fully for the purpose they are intended when given. ESMI, our Haitian host organization, operates 8 orphanages, 28 schools and 76 churches across Haiti and is also a US 501c3 corporation. Roger Braswell serves on their Board of Directors along with a number of other US businessmen and pastors.
Give Hope Co-Founder Roger Braswell is Chief Executive Officer of Compact Power Equipment Inc. His heart for orphaned children was ignited by his initial visit to the Cambry Children’s Village in January of 2012. Since then he has been to Haiti many times and is determined to improve the odds of living a joyful life for the young people who God places in his path.
Angela Braswell Quinn is Co-Founder of Give Hope Global and full-time mother to four children. She first traveled to Cambry after the earthquake in 2010 and that first mission trip changed her life forever. She has lead numerous teams to Haiti and manages Give Hope’s Orphan Care Program. Her hope is to see the children we support grow up to serve Christ and to impact positive change in Haiti.
Dr. Dane Kovach
Dr. Dane Kovach serves as the Dental Director for Give Hope and is a private practice orthodontist. He and his family served in Papua New Guinea with Wycliffe Bible Translators doing dentistry from 2006-2010. He and his wife have 5 adopted children, so being a part of an organization that seeks to glorify God through positively impacting the lives of orphans is a natural fit. Dr. Kovach finds true joy in using his dental skills to improve the oral health and well-being of those he comes in contact with.
